At this time, Blue Knob has no plans to require skiers or snowboarders to make a reservation for slope use, however, there are some protocols that have to be adhered to. Our current winter operating plan is as follows:

  • Alcohol can only can be served for on-premises consumption when in the same transaction as a meal.
  • Installation of plexiglass dividers at point of sales locations will increase social distancing
  • We will be ramping up cleaning & disinfecting efforts in all areas of the resort.
  • All employees will be given a temperature check at the start of every shift.
  • Hand sanitation stations will be available throughout the Summit Lodge.
  • Mask wearing and social distancing is required in all facilities, lift lines and on chairlifts.
  • Unless skiers/riders are from the same household or have traveled together, they must ride the chairlift as a single.
  • Groups will be scheduled at staggered arrival times to increase distancing.
  • Blue Knob will not allow the safety and well-being of our guests and employees to be compromised, nor will we allow our licenses and/or certifications to be jeopardized by willful non-compliance. Our employees and security will work together to ensure guests are following guidelines. Guests who do not comply with COVID-19 restrictions will be asked to leave.
